Big Picture Learning Ltd. was formerly called Motivation Unlimited. The change of name and brand identity was implemented to allow a series of products and services to be released onto the global marketplace with a "Big Picture" focus.
We are currently in a growth phase. The goal is to be recognized as a world leader in producing education and self-development aids and services using the latest technologies that take into consideration the emotional and intellectual side of human nature.
Our Philosophy
It is the philosophy of the company to donate 10% of all profit from sales of products to charity. This transaction is audited and recorded in the annual accounts. Big Picture Learning Ltd. was formerly called Motivation Unlimited and has been providing successful education and consultancy services since 1977. Well known Olympians and famous New Zealanders such as All Black captains have worked closely with the organization, together with thousands of people from "all walks" of life.
Our People
Senior consultant, Rakesh Pandey started the company while still at school through offering tuition services for less abled students. It grew and evolved as he gained a 1st class honors degree in Zoology from the University of Otago, trained in Neuroliguistic Programming, graduated from the Success Motivation Institute and received advanced training in accelerated learning techniques from America. Rakesh has featured in two reputable nationwide Television programs as "an expert" on Motivation, learning and achievement. Currently, Mr Pandey is a sought-after Business consultant in most areas of human resource management, provides executive consultancy for a large number Australasian businesses, and a respected board member of the Chamber of Commerce.
