Study Skills Programme

The barriers that prevent students realising their true potential are numerous and complex because each student is different. Furthermore, students only change routines because they want to; better study habits must be "driven from within".

A healthy self belief system is created through breaking free from unproductive study habits.

To facilitate change students undergo a three stage experience. Each stage gives the student the power to choose what they want to include in their study routines.

The first stage focuses on personalisation. An audit of current study habits allows a candid discussion on who they really are and what they want.

Providing knowledge is the focus of the second stage. This is underpinned by students deciding how they are going to motivate themselves through organisation and good time management.

In the last stage students learn how "to play". They discover that their brain has incredible capabilities which can be harnessed to improve their thinking, memory and problem solving abilities. Finally, they realise that they can choose to enjoy study.
